Note Insurer definition

Note Insurer means MBIA Insurance Corporation, a New York stock insurance corporation, and its successors and assigns.

Note Insurer means Financial Security Assurance Inc., a stock insurance company organized and created under the laws of the State of New York, or its successors in interest.

Note Insurer means Ambac Assurance Corporation, a Wisconsin-domiciled stock insurance corporation, or any successor thereto, as issuer of the Policy.
