Examples of Note Insurer in a sentence
Upon request of the Indenture Trustee or the Note Insurer, the Issuer will execute and deliver such further instruments and do such further acts as may be reasonably necessary or proper to carry out more effectively the purpose of this Indenture.
No right or remedy herein conferred upon or reserved to the Indenture Trustee, the Note Insurer or to the Noteholders is intended to be exclusive of any other right or remedy, and every right and remedy shall, to the extent permitted by law, be cumulative and in addition to every other right and remedy given hereunder or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or otherwise.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all covenants and agreements in this Indenture that expressly confer rights upon the Note Insurer shall be for the benefit of and run directly to the Note Insurer, and the Note Insurer shall be entitled to rely on and enforce such covenants to the same extent as if it were a party to this Indenture.
The Indenture Trustee may resign at any time by so notifying the Issuer and the Note Insurer.
No delay or omission of the Indenture Trustee, the Note Insurer or of any Holder of any Note to exercise any right or remedy accruing upon any Event of Default shall impair any such right or remedy or constitute a waiver of any such Event of Default or an acquiescence therein.
