Note Record definition

Note Record. The grid attached to a Note, or the continuation of such grid, or any other similar record, including computer records, maintained by any Lender with respect to any Loan referred to in such Note.
Note Record. A Record with respect to a Note.
Note Record means a record maintained by each Purchaser with respect to the outstanding Obligations owed by Issuer to Purchaser and credits made thereto.
