Note Sellers definition

Note Sellers means the Persons identified as sellers under the Note Purchase Agreement.
Note Sellers as defined in Recital D.
Note Sellers means each of the Lenders (as defined in the Exchange Term Loan Agreement) party to the Exchange Term Loan Agreement, as sellers of the Borrower’s outstanding Existing Unsecured Notes.
