Examples of Notice of Intent to Terminate in a sentence
For any material breach of contract by the Architect, the SCOE may also terminate the Agreement, in whole or in part, for cause by delivering written Notice of Intent to Terminate to the Architect.
Such Notice shall include the following: (1) A description of such material breach, (2) a date not less than fourteen (14) days after delivery of the notice by which the SCOE must cure such breach or reasonably commence to cure such breach, (3) the status of work completed as of the date of the Notice of Intent to Terminate, and (4) a description and cost estimate of the effort necessary to complete the work in progress.
The Notice of Intent to Terminate shall specify in reasonable detail the Seller Event of Default or the GOP Event of Default, as the case may be, giving rise to such notice.
For any material breach of contract by the SCOE other than one related to a payment or invoice dispute as described in Section 4.4 of this Agreement, the Architect may terminate the Agreement by delivering written Notice of Intent to Terminate to the SCOE.
