The Company shall deliver the applicable Optional Company Prepayment Price to the Holder, within five (5) business days after the date specified in the Notice of Optional Prepayment for the Optional Prepayment.
Each Notice of Optional Prepayment shall be irrevocable and shall bind the Borrower to make such prepayment in accordance with such notice.

Each such notice shall be made by an Authorized Person of the Borrower by telecopy or telephone, confirmed immediately in writing, by delivery of a Notice of Optional Prepayment, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT L hereto, specifying therein (i) the proposed date of such prepayment, and (ii) the aggregate amount of the particular Loan(s) therein proposed to be prepaid.
