• Such Notice of Revolving Loan Interest Period Selection shall be given by telephone and confirmed on the same day by facsimile to the office or the telephone number and during the hours specified in PARAGRAPH 8.01; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that Borrower shall promptly deliver to Agent an original written notice of any Notice of Revolving Loan Interest Period Selection which written notice shall be mailed on the same day.

• The submission by Borrower to Administrative Agent of each Notice of Revolving Loan Borrowing, each Notice of Revolving Loan Conversion and each Notice of Revolving Loan Interest Period Selection shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty by Borrower as of the date thereon as to the above.

• Each Notice of Revolving Loan Interest Period Selection shall be given by first-class mail or facsimile to the office or the facsimile number and during the hours specified in Paragraph 8.01; provided, however, that Borrower shall promptly deliver to Administrative Agent the original of any Notice of Revolving Loan Interest Period Selection initially delivered by facsimile.
