Examples of Notice of Voluntary Prepayment in a sentence
Any Notice of Voluntary Prepayment received by the Indenture Trustee from the Issuer shall be made available by the Indenture Trustee not less than twenty days and not more than thirty days prior to the date fixed for prepayment to the registered owner of each Note to be prepaid with copies to the Issuer, Sunnova Energy, the Servicer and the Rating Agency.
Others, such as collective Esops, or a co-operative movement, are more controversial.
Any Notice of Voluntary Prepayment received by the Agent from the Borrower shall be made available by the Agent not less than ten (10) days (or such shorter period in the case of an actual or potential Event of Default) and not more than thirty days prior to the date fixed for prepayment to the Lender with copies to the Borrower, the Capital Markets Issuer, the Guarantor, Sunnova Energy, the Servicer and the Rating Agency.
Any such Voluntary Prepayment is required to be made on no less than ten (10) days’ prior notice (or such shorter period, but not less than two Business Days, as is necessary to cure an Event of Default) by the Borrower sending the Notice of Voluntary Prepayment to the Agent, the Guarantor and the Servicer describing the Borrower’s election to prepay the Loan or portion thereof in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Failure to make such Notice of Voluntary Prepayment available to any such Person, or any defect therein, shall not affect the validity of any Proceedings for the prepayment of the Loan.
Any Notice of Voluntary Prepayment shall be given by the Indenture Trustee by mailing a copy of the Notice of Prepayment by first-class mail (postage prepaid) not less than twenty days and not more than thirty days prior to the date fixed for prepayment to the registered owner of each Note to be prepaid at the address shown on the Note Register maintained by the Note Registrar with copies to the Issuer, Sunnova Energy, the Servicer and the Rating Agency.
Such partial Voluntary Prepayment will be distributed by the Indenture Trustee on the related Voluntary Prepayment Date in accordance with the written direction of the Servicer to the holders of the Notes identified by the Issuer in the Notice of Voluntary Prepayment.
Failure to make such Notice of Voluntary Prepayment available to any Noteholder, or any defect therein, shall not affect the validity of any Proceedings for the prepayment of other Notes.
Any Notice of Voluntary Prepayment shall be given by the Indenture Trustee by mailing a copy of the notice of prepayment by first-class mail (postage prepaid) not less than 10 days and not more than 15 days prior to the date fixed for prepayment to the registered owner of each Note to be prepaid at the address shown on the Note Register maintained by the Note Registrar with copies to the Issuer, the Manager and the Rating Agency.
