Notice Pay definition

Notice Pay means pay which an Associate may receive, in the Company’s sole discretion, in connection with a WARN Notice that is provided fewer than 60 calendar days prior to the Associate’s Termination Date.
Notice Pay means the amounts that a Participant is eligible to receive pursuant to Section 4.01(a) of the Plan.
Notice Pay means any Salary receivable by the Executive where he works any part of his notice period as provided for in clause 16.1;

  • However, in no event shall Executive be entitled to Notice Pay if Executive is eligible for and accepts severance payments pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 10(d) below.

  • No part of the Redundancy Payment is taxable as Post-Employment Notice Pay (as defined in section 402D of the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (ITEPA)).

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
