Notices of Assignment definition

Notices of Assignment means each notice of assignment executed by any Loan Party with respect to any Material Government Contract to which such Loan Party is a party, substantially in the form of Exhibit K hereto.

Notices of Assignment means each notice and (where applicable) corresponding acknowledgment of assignment in the form set out in the relevant Appendix (Notices of Assignment) to the Pre-Delivery Assignment, the relevant Appendix (Notices of Assignment) to the Assignment, each other notice and (where applicable) corresponding acknowledgment of assignment issued pursuant to the Assignment and/or the Bareboat Charterer Assignment and/or the Master Agreement Charge and each notice of assignment and (where applicable) corresponding acknowledgement of assignment issued pursuant to each other Facility Security Document.

Notices of Assignment means the notices of assignment in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.

Examples of Notices of Assignment in a sentence

• Failure of the Contractor to comply with all federal, state, and local reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of the Contract.

• A certification that the Contractor has fully complied with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment and will continue to so comply.

More Definitions of Notices of Assignment

Notices of Assignment means the Notices of Assignment provided to the NMCI Contract Obligor to notify the NMCI Contract Obligor of the assignments of the Contract Payments pursuant to the Contract Payments Assignment and the Issuer Contract Payments Assignment.

Notices of Assignment means the notice by Southland to Seven-Eleven Japan of the Assignment of Japanese Royalties and the notice by Southland to Citibank, N.A., Tokyo Branch as the depositary of the New Lock Box Account of the Assignment of New Lock Box Account, each requesting the Consent to Assignment of the addressees, which Notices of Assignment shall be substantially in the forms attached to the Assignment of Japanese Royalties and the Assignment of New Lock Box Account, respectively.

Notices of Assignment means each notice and (where applicable) corresponding acknowledgment of assignment in the form set out in the relevant Appendix (Notices of Assignment) to the Assignment, each other notice and (where applicable) corresponding acknowledgment of assignment issued pursuant to the Assignment and/or the Bareboat Charterer Assignment and/or the Master Agreement Charge and each notice of assignment and (where applicable) corresponding acknowledgement of assignment issued pursuant to each other Facility Security Document.

Notices of Assignment means each notice and (where applicable) corresponding acknowledgment of assignment in the form set out in the relevant Appendix (Notices of Assignment) to the Assignment, each other notice and (where applicable) corresponding acknowledgment of assignment issued pursuant to the Assignment and/or the Bareboat Charterer Assignment and/or the Master Agreement Charge and each notice of assignment and (where applicable) corresponding acknowledgement of assignment issued pursuant to each other Facility Security Document. Notified Lender has the meaning given to it in clause 7.8.2(b) of this Agreement.

Notices of Assignment means notices of assignment executed by any Loan Party pursuant to the Assignment of Claims Act and Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 32.8 with respect to any Subject Government Contract to which such Loan Party is a party, each of which shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent; provided, that the applicable contracting government officer (or the equivalent responsible person, as applicable) shall not be required to execute any Notice of Assignment or related assignment until such Notice of Assignment or assignment is required to be filed with the applicable Governmental Authority.

Notices of Assignment means (i) the notice to be given by Raphael Bank of the assignment of trust interests to CCIA; (ii) the notice to be given by CCIA of the assignment of trust interests to Xxxxxxxxx Funding Corporation; and (iii) the notice to be given by Xxxxxxxxx Funding Corporation of the assignment of trust interests to Xxxxxxxxx Acquired Portfolio Master Business Trust in the agreed terms;
