NOV Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of NOV.

  • Without limiting the generality of the provisions of Section 5.2(b), shares of NOV Common Stock held in NOV 401(k) Plan accounts of SpinCo 401(k) Plan Beneficiaries prior to the Distribution Date shall be transferred in kind to a NOV Common Stock Fund under the SpinCo 401(k) Plan pursuant to Section 5.2(b).
