Examples of Novogen Group in a sentence

  • Upon the termination of this Agreement and the employment of the Employee for any reason whatsoever the Employee, on request from the Company must deliver up to the Company all correspondence, documents, records, papers, prints, manuals, paper, disks, computer codes, access codes, keys and property of any nature whatsoever belonging to the Company, or to any member of the Novogen Group which may be in the possession or under custody or control of the Employee.

  • Unless otherwise resolved by the Board, the Employee will indemnify the Company or member of the Novogen Group, as the case may be, in respect of any loss or damage or actions, proceedings costs, claims, demands or judgements it may incur or suffer by reason of any breach by the Employee of any of the provisions of clause 8.

  • You will report to the Chairman of the Board of Directors (Chairman) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Novogen Group.

  • Stock-Based Compensation The Company’s stock option plan provides for the grant of options to employees of the Novogen Group.

  • Restraint Period 12 months commencing on the date of termination of the employment of the Employee with the Company or any member of the Novogen Group (however that termination occurs).

Related to Novogen Group

  • Brookfield Group means Brookfield and any Affiliates of Brookfield, other than any member of the BREP Group;

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings, any holding company of the Purchaser and all other subsidiaries of any such holding company from time to time;

  • Relevant Group means the Company and any affiliated, combined, consolidated, unitary or similar group of which the Company is or was a member.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million;

Any such determination as to Separation from Service, however, shall be made in accordance with the applicable standards of the Treasury Regulations issued under Section 409A of the Code.

  • VAT Group means a group for the purposes of the VAT Grouping Legislation.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.
