Number of Underlying Assets definition

Number of Underlying Assets means, as of any relevant date, in respect of each Series, a number of Shares equal to the product (i) the Number of Underlying Assets per Warrant multiplied by (ii) the number of Warrants outstanding as of such date.
Number of Underlying Assets means, as of any relevant date, a number of Fund Interests equal to (i) the Number of Underlying Assets per Certificate multiplied by (ii) the number of Certificates outstanding as of such date (being, as of the date of this Pricing Supplement, 50,000,000 Fund Interests) (and the Number of Underlying Assets per Certificate is one (1)).
Number of Underlying Assets means, as of any relevant date, a number of Shares equal to (i) the Number of Underlying Assets per Certificate multiplied by (ii) the number of Certificates in the Series outstanding as of such date (and the Number of Underlying Assets per Certificate is one (1)).

Related to Number of Underlying Assets

  • Underlying Asset means the object or underlying asset in a CFD which may be Currency Pairs (for FX Contracts), Equity Indices, base or precious Metals, Forwards, Commodities, Stocks, Shares Indices and Futures. It is understood that the list is subject to change and Clients must refer each time on the Trading Platform.

  • Fixed Asset means a tangible non-current asset, including buildings and equipment, acquired not for sale but for use for the Project during the Eligible Expenditure Period;

  • Underlying Assets With respect to a Loan, any property or other assets designated and pledged as collateral to secure repayment of such Loan, including, without limitation, to the extent provided for in the relevant Underlying Instruments, a pledge of the stock, membership or other ownership interests in the related Obligor and all Proceeds from any sale or other disposition of such property or other assets.

  • Underlying Reference Strike Price means, in respect of an Underlying Reference, the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference on the Strike Date.

  • Underlying Reference Closing Price Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the Closing Level in respect of such day.

  • Spread Value means, with respect to a share of Stock subject to an Award, an amount equal to the excess of the Fair Market Value, on the date such value is determined, over the Award’s exercise or grant price, if any.

  • Underlying Reference Value means, in respect of an Underlying Reference and a SPS Valuation Date, (i) the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference in respect of such SPS Valuation Date (ii) divided by the relevant Underlying Reference Strike Price. For the avoidance of doubt, when determining (i) above the SPS Valuation Date shall never refer to the Strike Date.

  • Fixed Spread means the Bank’s fixed spread in effect at 12:01 a.m. Washington, D.C. time, one calendar day prior to the date of the Loan Agreement, for the Currency of denomination of such amount.”
