  • The MSCG Weekly Supply Report will include a non-binding estimate of the volumes of each grade of Light Finished Products and Specialty Grades to be delivered to the NuStar Terminal, to each of the Pipelines and for waterborne transportation by Barge.

  • The Parties acknowledge that MSCG shall own and from time to time provide to the NuStar Terminal ethanol for blending with the appropriate gasoline blendstocks for sale to TPSI and on-sale to Customers.
