NYC Allocated Liabilities definition

NYC Allocated Liabilities means the Liabilities des- ignated as NYC Allocated Liabilities pursuant to Section 2.8 or Article VI, together with all Liabilities allocated to and the responsibility of NYC under any Ancillary Agreement.
NYC Allocated Liabilities shall have the meaning ascribed thereto under the 1997 Transaction Agreement.
