NYSE Limit means a number of shares of Common Stock equal to 19.9% of the shares of Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the execution of the Investment Agreement(s).

  • Dose limits means the permissible upper bounds of radiation doses established in accordance with these rules. For purposes of these rules, “limits” is an equivalent term.

  • Purchase Limit means $100,000,000, as such amount may be reduced pursuant to Section 2.01(b). References to the unused portion of the Purchase Limit shall mean, at any time, the Purchase Limit, as then reduced pursuant to Section 2.01(b), minus the then outstanding Capital of Receivable Interests under this Agreement.
