The Partnership shall furnish all information as may be reasonably requested by Parent in connection with any such action and the preparation and submission of the NYSE Listing Application.
No submission of, or amendment or supplement to, the NYSE Listing Application will be made by Parent without providing the Partnership with a reasonable opportunity to review and comment thereon.
Parent shall use its reasonable best efforts to have the NYSE Listing Application approved (subject to official notice of issuance) as promptly as practicable after such submission (including by responding to comments of NYSE).

Each of FI and CNH shall furnish all information concerning itself as may reasonably be requested in connection with such actions and the preparation of the Registration Statement, the Information Document, the CNH Shareholder Circular, the NYSE Listing Application and the EU Listing Application, provided that neither party shall use any such information without the prior written consent of the other party or if doing so would violate or cause a violation of United States, Dutch or Italian securities laws.
