  • O2 shall have no liability for faults arising in the O2 Equipment or interruption in the provision of Services caused by failures in the power supply, except where such power supply failure is directly caused by O2.

  • The right you have to withdraw from this Credit Agreement does not affect your agreement for the purchase of the Device (which is governed by the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement if you are obtaining credit for a Device purchased as part of an O2 Refresh tariff or the O2 Equipment Only Agreement if you are obtaining credit for a Device purchased without an airtime plan).

  • The Customer further agrees not to infringe any copyright, or registered or unregistered trademark rights belonging to any Third Party in respect of any Hardware or O2 Equipment.

  • Title in the O2 Equipment does not pass to the Customer and remains at all times with O2 or O2‟s suppliers.

  • Title in accessory items to O2 Equipment may pass to the Customer as explicitly stated in this Agreement.
