Examples of Obligations Schedule in a sentence

  • Borrower shall, and shall cause each Credit Party to, complete each of the post-closing obligations and/or deliver to Agent each of the documents, instruments, agreements and information listed on the Post-Closing Obligations Schedule attached hereto, on or before the date set forth for each such item thereon (as may be extended by the Agent in writing in its sole discretion), each of which shall be completed or provided in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and Lenders.

  • If the Collateral Agent or any Holder shall notify the Lockbox Agent and the Company of any error in or dispute concerning an Obligations Schedule, the Lockbox Agent shall not release any funds from the Collateral Account which are the subject of such error or dispute until such error is corrected or such dispute is resolved with the consent of the affected Holders and the Company.

Related to Obligations Schedule

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule (including any amendments or modifications thereto), if any, of the Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be rejected by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as set forth in the Plan Supplement, as amended by the Debtors from time to time in accordance with the Plan, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors.

  • IP Assignment Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a)(iii).

  • Assignment of Contracts shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.07.
