Obligor Agent definition

Obligor Agent means, the Company, as agent and attorney-in-fact for the other Obligors pursuant to Section 22.10 of this Agreement.
Obligor Agent is defined in Section 12.7(a).

  • Subordinated Creditor, each Obligor, Agent and each Lender has caused this Agreement to be executed as of the date first above written.

  • The obligations of the Obligors in Sections 13.8, 13.9 and 13.10 and of the Lenders in Section 10.9(c) shall continue for the benefit of those to whom the obligations are owed notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement or the termination of any particular Person's role as Obligor, Agent or Lender.

  • Xxxxxx Xxxxxx dba CAL-TEC COMMUNICATIONS will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Xxxxxx Xxxxxx dba CAL-TEC COMMUNICATIONS customers who wish to be omitted from directories.

  • It is agreed among each Obligor, Agent and Lenders that the provisions of this Section 5.11 are of the essence of the transaction contemplated by the Loan Documents and that, but for such provisions, Agent and Lenders would decline to make Loans and issue Letters of Credit.

  • The Obligor Agent shall give to any holder of a Note that is an Institutional Investor promptly upon request therefor, a complete and correct copy of the names and addresses of all registered holders of Notes.

  • Vendor Agent means any person mandated by a prime vendor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the prime vendor and thereby acquire rights for the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture against CIPC or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture in favour of CIPC or an organ of state.

  • Obligors means the Borrower and the Guarantors.

  • Financial agent means any individual acting for and by himself or herself, or any two or more individuals acting together or cooperating in a financial way to aid or take part in the nomination or election of any candidate for public office, or to aid or promote the success or defeat of any political party at any election.

  • Senior Agent means the Person acting as agent from time to time for and on behalf of the Senior Lenders under the Credit Facility, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity.

  • Collateral Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Obligors’ Agent means the Company, appointed to act on behalf of each Obligor in relation to the Finance Documents pursuant to Clause 2.4 (Obligors’ Agent).

  • Principal Agent means the person or entity appointed by the employer and named in the schedule. In the event of a principal agent not being appointed, then all the duties and obligations of a principal agent as detailed in the agreement shall be fulfilled by a representative of the employer as named in the scheduleClause 1.1 Definition of "Security" is amended by replacing it with the following:

  • Lead Agent has the meaning given to it above;

  • ABL Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation, or any successor administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation.

  • Collateral Trustee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Second Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Custodial Agent means the Person who is then the Custodial Agent thereunder.

  • Obligor on the indenture securities means the Company and any other obligor on the indenture securities. All other TIA terms used in this Indenture that are defined by the TIA, defined by TIA reference to another statute or defined by SEC rule have the meanings assigned to them by such definitions.
