Vendor Agent definition

Vendor Agent means any person mandated by a prime vendor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the prime vendor and thereby acquire rights for the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture against CIPC or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture in favour of CIPC or an organ of state.
Vendor Agent means the agents, subcontractors and representatives of Vendor, at any tier, and includes Affiliates of Vendor to which Vendor subcontracts any of the Services under the Agreement.
