Obligor Rating definition

Obligor Rating means, with respect to any Rating Agency for an Obligor, if available, the long term unsecured and unguaranteed debt rating of such Obligor by such Rating Agency.
Obligor Rating means any rating by a Rating Agency on any Bonds that is not guaranteed by any other Person or subject to any third-party credit enhancement.
Obligor Rating means the debt rating assigned by any Rating Agency to any long-term Debt of the Borrower which (a) is secured under the First Mortgage Indenture, (b) as to priority of payment is on a parity with or senior to the Bonds and (c) is not guaranteed by any other Person or subject to any third-party credit enhancement.

More Definitions of Obligor Rating

Obligor Rating means the ratings assigned by each Rating Agency to the San Xxxx-Santa Xxxxx Clean Water Financing Authority Sewer Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2009A (without regard to third-party credit enhancement) while such bonds are outstanding and, thereafter, the ratings, if any, assigned by each Rating Agency (without regard to third-party credit enhancement) to at least one issue of unenhanced long-term debt constituting, or secured by obligations constituting, Parity Obligations under the Master Resolution.
Obligor Rating means any rating by a Rating Agency on any [Parity Water/Wastewater Obligations] of the Issuer secured by a Lien on and security interest in the Net Revenues that is not guaranteed by any other Person or subject to any third-party credit enhancement.
Obligor Rating. For any Obligor, the rating assigned at the time the related Contract is originated to such Obligor in conformity with the Credit and Collection Policy, by the Originator, which ratings may be A, B], C+, C, C-, D+, D or D-.   • Required Rating means a short-term unsecured debt rating of “A-1+” by S&P Global Ratings and “F1+” by Fitch.

  • Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Debt Ratings has the meaning specified in the definition of “Applicable Rate.”

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (a) with respect to Fitch, a credit rating of BBB- or higher, (b) with respect to Xxxxx’x, a credit rating of Baa3 or higher and (c) with respect to S&P, a credit rating of BBB- or higher.

  • Hedge Counterparty Ratings Requirement means (a) either (i) the unsecured, short-term debt obligations of the substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A-1” by S&P or (ii) if the substitute counterparty does not have a short-term rating from S&P, the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of the substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A+” by S&P, (b) either (i) the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A1” by Moody’s (and if rated “A1” by Moody’s, such rating is not on watch for possible downgrade to below “A1”) and the unsecured, short-term debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “P-1” by Moody’s (and if rated “P-1” by Moody’s, such rating is not on watch for possible downgrade and remaining on watch for possible downgrade), or (ii) if such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) does not have a short-term debt rating from Moody’s, the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “Aa3” by Moody’s (and if rated “Aa3” by Moody’s, such rating is not on watch for possible downgrade to below “Aa3”), and (c) either (i) the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A” by Fitch or (ii) the unsecured, short-term debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “F1” by Fitch. For the purpose of this definition, no direct or indirect recourse against one or more shareholders of the substitute counterparty (or against any Person in control of, or controlled by, or under common control with, any such shareholder) shall be deemed to constitute a guarantee, security or support of the obligations of the substitute counterparty.

  • Threshold Rating means the short-term unsecured debt rating of P-1 by Moody's and A-1 by Standard & Poor's.

  • Credit Rating means the rating assigned by a Rating Agency to the senior unsecured long term Indebtedness of a Person.

  • Senior Debt Rating means, at any date, the credit rating identified by a Rating Agency as the credit rating that (a) it has assigned to long term unsecured senior debt of the Borrower or (b) would assign to long term unsecured senior debt of the Borrower were the Borrower to issue or have outstanding any long term unsecured senior debt on such date.

  • Other Rating Agency means each NRSRO, if any, other than Fitch then providing a rating for the VMTP Shares pursuant to the request of the Fund.

  • Initial Rating With respect to the Secured Notes, the rating or ratings, if any, indicated in Section 2.3.

  • Corporate Rating an opinion issued by S&P of an obligor’s overall financial capacity (its creditworthiness) to pay its financial obligations.

  • Rating Downgrade means either:

  • Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.
