Odyssey Product definition

Odyssey Product means the product identified in Schedule 1.1(f).
Odyssey Product means any pharmaceutical product containing magnesium S-omeprazole in development as of the date of the aaiPharma Acquisition Agreement by the aaiPharma Sellers, or its bioequivalents.
