OEM Data Book definition

OEM Data Book shall refer to the nationally published or internal document(s) issued by the OEM which lists, among other things, an Option Code and description for the OEM’s Product Line.

Examples of OEM Data Book in a sentence

  • The Additional Options NYS Discount shall be applied to the MSRP included on the OEM Data Book.

  • When an Additional Option is either being added to or deleted from the Base Item specifications, or upon request, Contractors are required to give the Authorized Users a copy of the OEM Data Book or Contractor-Published Pricelist for the applicable Additional Option.

Related to OEM Data Book

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that
