Offer Terms definition

Offer Terms shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.03(a).

• If the accepted offer does not result in a sale of the Subject Property, then the Subject Property Owner shall accept the next offer that meets the Complying Offer Terms until either the Subject Property is sold or the Subject Property Owner obtains an exception or otherwise complies with this Covenant.
