Section 2.5.1 Sample Clauses

Section 2.5.1. 36 In order for the District to be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as 37 of July 26, 1992, the District shall maintain a medical information file for each classified 38 employee of the District which will be kept separate from the personnel file. Such file will 39 contain such sensitive information as immunization history, health related cards, leave sharing 40 information, and information on medical history, and/or medical releases, etc. This medical 41 information file will insure confidentiality of sensitive information regarding the employee in 42 the event of a federal and/or state audit.
Section 2.5.1The Employer agrees to have a cellular phone available on loan to a Family Support Worker upon request and upon supervisory approval.
Section 2.5.1. 16 The provisions of this agreement are deemed to be separable to the extent that should any part hereof 17 or any provisions herein contained be rendered or declared invalid by reason of any existing or 18 subsequently enacted legislation or by decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of 19 such part or portion of this agreement shall not invalidate the remaining portions hereof, and they shall 20 remain in full force and effect.
Section 2.5.1. Section 2.5.1 of the License Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: 2.5.1 Licensee hereby grants to Licensor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual license: (a) to use any Licensed Back Improvements (and any intellectual property rights with respect thereto) consummate in scope to the Retained Rights, and (b) to practice the Licensed Back Improvements (and any intellectual property rights with respect thereto) in connection with AAV9, New Vectors or both, including the right to research, develop, make, have made, use, offer for sale, and sell products and services; provided that Licensor shall have no right, under the license in this Section 2.5.1(b), to practice the Licensed Back Improvements in the Field.”
Section 2.5.1. 8 The District will comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations regarding 9 the storage and retrieval of employeesmedical information.

  • Section 3.5 45 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 46 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, religion, age or marital status or because of a physical 1 handicap with respect to a position, the duties of which may be performed efficiently by an individual 2 without danger to the health or safety of the physically handicapped person or others.

  • Section 4.4 32 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein to 33 appropriate officials of the Public School Employees of Washington/SEIU Local 1948 State 34 Organization.

  • Section 3.3 11 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 12 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 13 District as hereinafter provided.

  • Section 2.1 11 It is agreed that the customary and usual rights, powers, functions, and authority of management are 12 vested in management officials of the District. Included in these rights in accordance with and subject 13 to applicable laws, regulations, and the provisions of this Agreement, is the right to direct the work 14 force, the right to hire, promote, retain, transfer, and assign employees in positions; the right to 15 suspend, discharge, demote, or take other disciplinary action against employees; and the right to 16 release employees from duties because of lack of work or for other legitimate reasons. The District 17 shall retain the right to maintain efficiency of the District operation by determining the methods, the 18 means and the personnel by which operations undertaken by the employees in the unit are to be 19 conducted.

  • Section 4.5 37 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 38 pay to a maximum of three (3) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 39 those meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.

  • Section 3.2 39 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 40 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District.
