Offering Agreement definition

Offering Agreement has the meaning set out in Section 5.01(1)(a);
Offering Agreement or “MPDU Offering Agreement” means an agreement executed between an Applicant and the Department to offer MPDUs in a development for sale or rental as required by Section 25A-8 and this regulation.
Offering Agreement means a written agreement prepared by the Developer and submitted to the Department, and which is subject to the review and approval of the Department, in which the Developer makes WFH Units available to Certified Households.
