Office of Fiscal Integrity or ‘State Police” means the New Jersey State Police or such other designee of the Attorney General performing the functions and duties of the Office of Fiscal Integrity in School Construction within the Office of the Attorney General pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:7G-43, as amended.
