Every Contractor shall disclose all Gifts, as defined within this Policy, made directly or indirectly to any Elected Official, Candidate, Appointed Official, or Applicable City Employee, or to decision makers with LAFPP’s private equity consultants, general investment consultants, or real estate consultants.
