Officially Authorized definition

Officially Authorized or “Official Authorization” means Events that have been approved by the persons or organizations managing or having jurisdiction over the University Property for the purpose for which a person or organization wishes to use, or is using the Property. This involves, but is not limited to, the CRO, Sub-Schedulers, Police, Facilities personnel, and Student Affairs personnel.
