Offshore Currency Sublimit definition

Offshore Currency Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $150,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Commitment.
Offshore Currency Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $250,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Commitment.
Offshore Currency Sublimit means $30,000,000.

  • If, after any reduction of the Revolving Loan Commitments in accordance with this section, the aggregate Dollar Equivalent amount of the Revolving Loan Commitments is less than the Dollar Equivalent amount of the Offshore Currency Sublimit, the Offshore Currency Sublimit shall be reduced to an amount not greater than the Dollar Equivalent of the Revolving Loan Commitments.

  • The Dollar Equivalent of all Revolving Credit Loans denominated in an Offshore Currency, when aggregated with the Dollar Equivalent of all Fronted Offshore Currency Loans plus the Dollar Equivalent of all Letter of Credit Obligations denominated in an Offshore Currency, shall not exceed the Offshore Currency Sublimit.

  • Such Revolving Loans may be Offshore Rate Loans or Base Rate Loans, except that all Base Rate Loans shall be in Dollars and, after giving effect to all Revolving Loan Outstandings in Offshore Currencies, subject to Section 2.11(b) ,the Dollar Equivalent Amount of all Revolving Loan Outstandings in Offshore Currencies shall not exceed the Total Offshore Currency Sublimit.

  • Any such reduction of the Offshore Loan Commitments shall correspondingly reduce the Offshore Currency Sublimit for the applicable Offshore Currency by an amount equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the amount of such reduction.

  • Such request shall be made in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.02, without regard to the minimum and multiples specified therein for the principal amount of Base Rate Loans, but subject to the unutilized portion of the Revolving Loan Commitments and the Offshore Currency Sublimit, as applicable, and the conditions set forth in Section 4.

Offshore Currency Sublimit at any time, the lesser of (a) $20,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Credit Commitments then in effect.
