Offshore Drilling Rig definition

Offshore Drilling Rig means a mobile offshore drilling unit or similar equipment used to drill a wellbore in an offshore marine environment including, without limitation, a bottom-supported unit, such as a xxxx-up rig, and a floating unit, such as a semisubmersible or a drillship, and which the IHS Petrodata RigBase indicates has been constructed and delivered and is part of the active drilling fleet included in the IHS Petrodata RigBase.
Offshore Drilling Rig means the Drilling Rig specified in paragraph (a)(i) of the definition of Assets.
