Old Junior Preferred Stock definition

Old Junior Preferred Stock means, collectively, the Noos Junior Preferred Stock and Other Junior Preferred Stock.
Old Junior Preferred Stock means the junior Class A and Class B PIK preferred stock of Holdings outstanding on the Effective Date, together with any options, warrants, or rights to purchase, sell or subscribe for an ownership interest in, or other security of, any of the Debtors, including all rights under that certain Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of October 30, 1991 among Archibald, Holdings and the "Purchasers" party thereto, as amended prior to the date hereof, and any and all redemption, conversion, exchange, voting, participation or dividend rights or liquidation preferences relating thereto.
Old Junior Preferred Stock means the shares of CAI's non-voting convertible junior preferred stock, having a liquidation preference of $30 million, and options, warrants, or rights, contractual or otherwise, if any, to acquire any such non-voting convertible junior preferred stock.
