Old Lorus definition

Old Lorus means Lorus Therapeutics Inc., a corporation existing under the laws of Canada;
Old Lorus means 4325231 Canada Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada.
Old Lorus has the meaning set out in the recitals to this Agreement.
