Old REITs definition

Old REITs means any of the Fund II REITs or the Fund III REITs.

  • If one or more Leases are not respected as leases for federal income tax purposes, the Company may fail to qualify as a REIT, or one or more of the Old REITs or the Subsidiary REITs may be determined to have failed to qualify as a REIT in one or more taxable years.
