OLS Subscription definition

OLS Subscription means a right to use certain Online Services for a defined term.

Examples of OLS Subscription in a sentence

  • Unless terminated earlier as provided in the Agreement or below, Client is purchasing any OLS Subscription for the term stated in each SOP for Products purchased.

  • In the event Client terminates an OLS Subscription prior the end of the then current term, Client shall pay ▇▇▇▇▇ the following amounts.

  • Client may choose to cancel its OLS Subscription at any time after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to ▇▇▇▇▇.

  • You may opt a Customer out of automatic renewal by updating the OLS Subscription through the Partner Portal either in advance of the next scheduled invoice or in accordance with the returns policy for new subscriptions.

  • Client’s OLS Subscription is for a fixed term and may be purchased (i) monthly based on licensure allocated in the preceding month or (ii) prepaid.

  • For those new OLS Subscriptions billed monthly, You will be billed in advance for each month at Your scheduled invoice date, based on the applicable monthly OLS Subscription price.

Related to OLS Subscription

  • Subscription Shares has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1.

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
