O&M Letter of Credit definition

O&M Letter of Credit means any one or more letters of credit for the account of, or on behalf of, the applicable subcontractor delivered to and for the benefit of the Borrower pursuant to any Material O&M Contract.
O&M Letter of Credit means the letter of credit given to the Company by the O&M Contractor as security for the full and timely performance of its obligations under the O&M Contract that is issued by a Qualifying Institution.
O&M Letter of Credit shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.2(d)(E)(ii)(VI).

  • U.S. Letter of Credit means any letters of credit issued or to be issued by the U.S. Issuing Bank under the U.S. Subfacility for the account of the U.S. Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.13.

  • Trade Letter of Credit shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.01(a).

  • Facility Letter of Credit means a Letter of Credit issued by the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Financial Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit other than a Performance Letter of Credit.

  • Letter of Credit Guaranty means one or more guaranties by the Administrative Agent in favor of the L/C Issuer guaranteeing or relating to the obligations of the Borrower to the L/C Issuer under a reimbursement agreement, Letter of Credit Application or other like document in respect of any Letter of Credit.

  • Letter of Credit Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.03(a).
