O&M Provider definition

O&M Provider means Pattern Operators Canada ULC or an Affiliate thereof, Pattern or an Affiliate thereof or a Permitted Transferee of Pattern or an Affiliate thereof, that is engaged by the Project Partnership pursuant to the O&M Contract to provide operations, management and maintenance services to the Project Partnership with respect to the Project;

O&M Provider has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

O&M Provider means General Electric International, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Examples of O&M Provider in a sentence

Pattern will, or will cause the O&M Provider to, as applicable, make available in Toronto during normal business hours and, to the extent practicable, by remote electronic access, all records relating to the operation and maintenance services provided under the O&M Contract.

O&M Provider shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.2(c) hereof. “Operation and Maintenance” shall mean all emergency, predictive, preventive, corrective and ongoing maintenance, repair or replacement of that portion of the Wastewater System that is allocable to all Associations as set forth on Exhibit B, performed in accordance with Prudent Industry Practices and the terms and provisions of this Agreement, as necessary to repair and maintain that portion of the Wastewater System that is allocable to all Associations as set forth on Exhibit B in good working order and repair and in neat and orderly condition.
