The public means one or more natural or legal persons, and, in accordance with national legislation or practice, their associations, organizations or groups;
State public body means any city, town, incorporated village, county, metropolitan district, or other subdivision or public body of the state.
Non-Public Data means Customer Data, other than Personal Data, that is not subject to distribution to the public as public information. It is deemed to be sensitive and confidential by Customer because it contains information that is exempt by statute, ordinance or administrative rule from access by the general public as public information. Non-Public Data includes any data deemed confidential pursuant to the Contract, otherwise identified by Customer as Non-Public Data, or that a reasonable person would deem confidential.
Public Key means the key of a Key Pair that may be publicly disclosed by the holder of the corresponding Private Key and that is used by a Relying Party to verify digital signatures created with the holder's corresponding Private Key and/or to encrypt messages so that they can be decrypted only with the holder's corresponding Private Key.

Public fund means the state treasurer or a retirement system.
Public Property means any and all property owned by the City or held in the name of the City by any of the departments, commissions or agencies within the City government.
Public business means and includes all matters which relate in any way, directly or indirectly, to the performance of the public body’s functions or the conduct of its business.
Member of the public means any individual except when that individual is receiving an occupational dose.
Public funds means money belonging to the government.
Public land means land owned by the federal government, the state, or political subdivisions of the state and land acquired or developed for public recreation pursuant to section 321I.8.
Public lands ’ means (A) all lands under the cus- tody and control of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture, except Indian lands, (B) lands under the custody and control of the Tennessee Valley Authority that are situated in western Ken- tucky and Tennessee and are designated as ‘‘Land Be- tween the Lakes,’’ and (C) lands under the custody and control of the Secretary of Defense;
