Ongoing employment definition

Ongoing employment means employment that will continue unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement.‌

The Employer may notify such employer that the Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at the Employer's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.
