Post-Employment Period definition

Post-Employment Period means the eighteen month period beginning on the date of termination of the Executive's employment with the Employer. If any covenant in this Section 8.2 is held to be unreasonable, arbitrary or against public policy, such covenant shall be considered to be divisible with respect to scope, time, and geographic area, and such lesser scope, time, or geographic area, or all of them as a court of competent jurisdiction may determine to be reasonable, not arbitrary, and not against public policy, shall be effective, binding, and enforceable against the Executive. The period of time applicable to any covenant in this Section 8.2 will be extended by the duration of any violation by the Executive of such covenant. The Executive shall, while the covenant under this Section 8.2 is in effect, give notice to the Employer, within ten days after accepting any other employment, of the identify of the Executive's employer. The Employer may notify such employer that the Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at the Employer's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.
Post-Employment Period shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8.

More Definitions of Post-Employment Period

Post-Employment Period means either (1) if the Executive’s employment terminates for any reason at such time following the expiration of the Period of Employment hereunder, a period of one year following the Executive’s termination of employment; or (2) if the Executive’s employment terminates during the Period of Employment hereunder, a period of two years following the Executive’s termination of employment.
Post-Employment Period means the period beginning on the effective date of termination of the Employee’s employment hereunder and ending on the later to occur of (i) twenty-four (24) months after the effective date of such termination or (ii) the date amounts payable to Employee under Section 6.5 (a), (c) and (e) are to have been paid in full pursuant to this Agreement (provided that notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, such amounts are being timely paid by the Employer). Post-Employment Period means the period commencing on the date of the Employee's termination of employment (or the date the Employee is determined to be Disabled, as such term is hereinafter defined) and ending on the earlier of the third anniversary of such termination of employment or the expiration of the term of this Employment Agreement; provided however, the Post-Employment Period will not end prior to the first anniversary of the Employee's termination of employment.
