  • You agree to maintain a clear and fair return, refund, and cancellation policy which is easily accessible / visible to a customer during the Online EFTPOS Transaction.

  • The Customer will be liable to Paymark for all acts or omissions of any Third Party in contravention of the provisions of clauses 2, 3, 8 and 13, paragraph 1 of the Online EFTPOS Addendum and the Google Pay Addendum.

  • Mini-MAX is a stratified random 5 percent sample of Medicaid enrollees.

  • You will not use any advertising or promotional material in relation to Online EFTPOS except as authorised by Paymark and, if applicable, the relevant Accountholder Bank.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • In-network or "participating" means a provider or facility

  • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • POS means point of sale.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.
