  • You will provide customers with a meaningful way to contact you in a timely manner should they have queries or issues with an Online EFTPOS transaction.

  • If Paymark grants such consent, the Customer must ensure that the Third Party complies with the provisions of clauses 2, 3, 8 and 13, paragraph 1 of the Online EFTPOS Addendum and the Google Pay Addendum (so far as those provisions relate to the Customer) as if the Third Party were a party to this Agreement.

  • Paymark may, at its sole discretion, alter, upgrade, update or change Click, Online EFTPOS and/or the Click Server at any time during the term of this Agreement.

  • The Customer warrants and represents to Paymark that it will not use Click or Online EFTPOS, directly or indirectly, for any fraudulent undertaking or in any manner so as to interfere with the use of Click or Online EFTPOS.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • POS means point of sale.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • EFTPOS means electronic funds transfer at the point of sale—a network for facilitating transactions at point of sale

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Mobile App means the mobile application provided in the Apple App Store1 and Google Play Store2 where certain information regarding your Card Account is available. Standard rates for data and text messaging may apply from your cellular service provider for use of the mobile application.

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.

  • Hyperlink means a special HTML code that allows text or graphics to serve as a link that, when clicked on, takes a user to another place in the same document, to another document, or to another Internet Web site or Web page.
