OpCo Common Unit definition

OpCo Common Unit means a limited liability company interest in the Operating Company having the rights and obligations specified with respect to a “Common Unit” in the OpCo Limited Liability Company Agreement, as it may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • As of the OpCo Merger Effective Time, all such OpCo Common Units shall no longer be outstanding and shall automatically be canceled and shall cease to exist, and each holder of such non-certificated OpCo Common Unit held in book entry form (each, an “OpCo Book Entry Unit”) shall cease to have any rights with respect thereto, except the right to receive the Merger Consideration to be paid in consideration therefor in accordance with Section 2.04(b).

Related to OpCo Common Unit

  • Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
