Open-Bed Vehicles definition

Open-Bed Vehicles means all vehicles of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to pick- up type trucks, flatbeds, El Caminos and Rancheros, which have exterior unenclosed areas, no matter what the size, which unenclosed areas are manufactured, designed, marketed or used for storage or placement of goods or any other types of objects. "Open-Bed Vehicles" shall not include vehicles whose exterior unenclosed areas have been fully and precisely enclosed by a metal topper manufactured and designed for that purpose, which metal toppers shall not exceed thefollowingpermitted dimensions:
Open-Bed Vehicles means all vehicles of any kind whatsoever, excluding permitted pick-up type trucks including flatbeds, which have exterior unenclosed areas, no matter what the size, which unenclosed areas are manufactured, designed, marketed or used for storage, placement, or transportation of goods or any other types of objects. The enclosure of an open-bed vehicle or truck with a “capper”, “topper”, or similar enclosure shall not serve to remove the definition of such vehicle as a “truck” or “open-bed” vehicle (i.e. said vehicles are still prohibited from being kept, stored, or parked upon the Condominium Property).

  • Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.

  • Covered Vehicle means a private passenger vehicle (including mini-vans, pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles) which is registered or rented to You during Your Trip, which is rated ¾ ton in weight or less, not used for racing, dealer services, dealer loaners, taxi, limousine, shuttle, delivery, hauling, towing, road repair service, construction service, snow removal, or as a public livery vehicle, or any other commercial use.

  • Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.

  • Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.
