Open Market Purchases definition

Open Market Purchases means one or more purchases by an Affiliated Lender of a portion of the outstanding Term Loans conducted through an organized exchange or decentralized, dealer-based over-the-counter market which trades in syndicated loans and which publishes, buys, and sells quotations relating to such debt instrument, all in accordance with Section 11.06(g).
Open Market Purchases means those purchases of commodities by any purchasing official in which competitive bidding is not required;
Open Market Purchases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a).

Examples of Open Market Purchases in a sentence

  • Subject to the sections in this Contract concerning Force Majeure, Termination and Open Market Purchases, the Contract shall bind the Client Agency to order the Goods or Services from the Contractor, and to pay for the accepted Goods or Services in accordance with Exhibit B.

  • Subject to the sections in this Contract concerning Force Majeure, Termination, Cancellation Expiration and Open Market Purchases, the Contract shall bind the Client Agency to order the Goods or Services from the Contractor, and to pay for the accepted Goods or Services in accordance with Exhibit B.

More Definitions of Open Market Purchases

Open Market Purchases as defined in Section 10.6(i)(ii).
Open Market Purchases is defined to means those purchases of commodities by any purchasing official in which competitive bidding is not required.
Open Market Purchases means the purchase of outstanding Advances from a Lender or Lenders by the Company pursuant to secondary market purchases entered into with such a Lender or Lenders as the Company shall see fit.
Open Market Purchases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(B)(ii) hereof.
Open Market Purchases means, collectively, each negotiated open market purchase of the Term Loans of each Consenting First Lien Credit Agreement Lender pursuant to Section 10.07(l) of the First Lien Credit Agreement on the Open Market Buy-Back Date pursuant to Section 6.03 hereof, in an amount equal to the Aggregate Purchase Amount.
Open Market Purchases means the purchase by Borrower, from time to time, for cash in the open market (other than in the Tender Offer) or in a privately negotiated purchases of the outstanding Target Shares which were not tendered and accepted for payment by Borrower pursuant to the Offer to Purchase.
