Open Space Contribution definition

Open Space Contribution means a monetary contribution as envisaged in sections 19(7)(f), 25(1)(b), 33(7)(b), 44 and 48(5) of this By-law;

Open Space Contribution means a financial contribution of one hundred thousand pounds (£100,000) towards the investment in new facilities at Christchurch Xxxxxxx and/or Hills Meadow
