Recreation areas definition

Recreation areas means the following areas that have been designated by action of the commission:

Recreation areas means all Common Areas designated by Declarant as such to be held for recreational purposes for the benefit of all Members and the benefit of the Property as a whole; provided, however, that access to any area or facility may be limited to dues- paying members, subject to fees and other` charges, or otherwise conditioned or restricted, and made available to non-members, all on such terms and conditions as the Board may determine.

Recreation areas. In campgrounds, beaches and other high use areas the Contractor shall be required to implement a pesticide program to control poison ivy (Rhus Radicans), poison oak (Rhus Toxicodendron), and poison sumac (Rhus Vernix). These undesirable plants shall be controlled in all public use areas where it is likely that the public will encounter them. The contractor will also control vegetation in riprap (not covered in TP-7), in impact sites, and around other structures where mowing is not conducted.
