Recreation areas means all Common Areas designated by Declarant as such to he held for recreational purposes for the benefit of all Members and the henefit of the Property as a whole; provided, however, that access to any area or facility may be limited to dues-paying members, subject to fees and other charges, or otherwise conditioned or restricted, and made available to non-members, all on such terms and conditions as the Board may determine.

Recreation areas means and refer to any recreational or other facility including land, buildings, structures, personal properties incident thereto, and any other properties owned and maintained by the Corporation for the common benefit and enjoyment of its members.
