Open Status definition

Open Status means, except for an area in the prohibited classification, any correctly classified growing area that is normally open for the purposes of harvesting shellstock, subject to the limitations of its classification.
Open Status means that an Order has been submitted to the Website, but payment hasn't been processed yet.
