Open Status definition

Open Status means, except for an area in the prohibited classification, any correctly classified growing area that is normally open for the purposes of harvesting shellstock, subject to the limitations of its classification.
Open Status means that an Order has been submitted to the Website, but payment hasn't been processed yet.

Examples of Open Status in a sentence

  • Once the Question and Answer Addendum is issued, a solicitation enters Open Status.

  • When a solicitation is in Open Status, all Vendors who are registered with MFMP may submit proposals until the Due Date listed in the Timeline of Events, section 2.2.

  • Specific patient problems (Case Specific Hospitals) described in Section IV.D.1. (Orthopedic, Cardiac, Neonatal, Obstetrical, Sexual Assault, Trauma, Psychiatric, Prisoner, Stroke, STEMI, and Pediatric) shall be transported to one of the designated hospital emergency departments, on E.D.   • Level VI Status exists at any date if, on such date, the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status, Level III Status, Level IV Status or Level V Status.
