Opening Bid definition

Opening Bid is an opening bid price set by the Auctioneer when there is more than one (1) registered Bidder for a Property.
Opening Bid means the minimum monthly rent for a tenancy of the Premises.
Opening Bid has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(c)(i) of the Agreement.
