Operation Guide definition

Operation Guide means the operation guide available on each of the Card Schemes and the Bank’s official website and which contain necessary instructions, rules and regulations in connection with each Card Scheme, as may be amended from time to time, at the sole discretion of each of the Card Schemes.

Unless otherwise specified, references to the Operating Guidelines shall be to the Operating Guidelines for the relevant Sub-Fund applicable at the time of the relevant Application.

  • Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.
