Program Guide. The Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's standard mortgage programs, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

Program Guide. The AlterNet Seller Guide as incorporated into the Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's AlterNet Mortgage Program, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans and in each case all supplements and amendments thereto published by Residential Funding.

More Definitions of Program Guide

Program Guide means the Program Guide for the program named in this Investment Agreement, a copy of which is available on the Alberta Innovates website.

This obligation to advance with respect to each Mortgage Loan will continue up to and including the first of the month following the date on which the related Mortgaged Property is sold at a foreclosure sale or is acquired by the Trust Fund by deed in lieu of foreclosure or otherwise. All such advances received by the Master Servicer shall be deposited promptly by it in the Custodial Account.
