Program Guide. The Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's standard mortgage programs, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.
Program Guide. The AlterNet Seller Guide as incorporated into the Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's AlterNet Mortgage Program, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans and in each case all supplements and amendments thereto published by Residential Funding.

More Definitions of Program Guide

Program Guide means the Program Guide for the program named in this Investment Agreement, a copy of which is available on the Alberta Innovates website.
Program Guide means the document bearing the same name as the Program that contains additional information about the Program, Including Program Eligibility Requirements, if any. The Program Guide may be located on the Portal or on the Alberta Innovates website, or may be emailed to the Applicant by Alberta Innovates;
Program Guide means the written procedural and administrative guide for a particular Program governed by the terms and conditions of this rule.
Program Guide means the governing document for Cisco Services Partner Program, defining program elements, including, but not limited to, eligibility, performance management, and any applicable rebates.
Program Guide but in no event later than the Determination Date, the Master Servicer shall cause the Subservicer, pursuant to the Subservicing Agreement, to remit to the Master Servicer for deposit in the Custodial Account all funds held in the Subservicing Account with respect to each Mortgage Loan serviced by such Subservicer that are required to be remitted to the Master Servicer. The Subservicer will also be required, pursuant to the Subservicing Agreement, to advance on such scheduled date of remittance amounts equal to any scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest less its Subservicing Fees on any Mortgage Loans for which payment was not received by the Subservicer. This obligation to advance with respect to each Mortgage Loan will continue up to and including the first of the month following the date on which the related Mortgaged Property is sold at a foreclosure sale or is acquired by the Trust Fund by deed in lieu of foreclosure or otherwise. All such advances received by the Master Servicer shall be deposited promptly by it in the Custodial Account.
